Endoscopic Mid Facelift

This procedure is for patients with sagging cheeks, deeper nasal furrows, thin lips, and down-turned corners around their lips.

During Surgery
A mid facelift is performed through tiny incisions placed inconspicuously within the hairline of your temple area and on the inside of the mouth. During the procedure, the fat pads of your cheeks will be repositioned up and over the cheekbones. The benefits include no visible incisions, minimal scarring, less bleeding, no hair loss, minimal numbness, and a much quicker recovery period compared to traditional surgical techniques.

What to expect after surgery
You will experience a certain amount of swelling in the ten day period following surgery. In some patients, this condition may include the cheek, eye, and forehead area, but it is advised to keep the head elevated and apply cold compresses to reduce swelling. As the incision areas in the hairline heal, patients may experience some numbness which will diminish in little time. The sutures are removed on the fifth day along with any bandages. For most patients, recovery time is minimal, and they can return to work in less than ten days.
